Our approach to developing new products is not to reinvent what already works, but to carefully evaluate what has proven effective and meaningful over time — and to refine it by integrating the latest technical innovations and scientific insights.

At the heart of everything we do is the wellbeing of the horse. Supporting long-term soundness and health is our highest priority.

Nowhere is this more important than in saddle design. In today’s market, particularly within the Icelandic horse community, opinions and approaches vary widely. Many brands still rely on traditional concepts such as latex panels, interchangeable gullet plates, narrow tree widths, and a rear-shifted balance point.

We take a different path.

Our mission is to educate and to demonstrate that true equine health cannot be achieved with outdated design principles. Instead, we focus on creating saddles that respect the horse’s biomechanics — allowing for freedom of movement, proper weight distribution, and long-term comfort.

Because only with a saddle that truly fits — from a biomechanical perspective — can we fairly ask for performance from our horses. Whether in leisure riding or at the highest levels of competition, the foundation remains the same:

Alpha Pro Saddle

The Alpha Pro is an elegant, sport-oriented saddle designed for riders who seek both performance and exceptional comfort.

Featuring a deep seat and a softly rounded cantle, it offers security without restricting movement.

The tree is ideally suited for horses with a straight to slightly curved back. For the rider, the design provides a pronounced waist, creating a close and connected feel to the horse.

As a monoflap saddle, the Alpha Pro meets the highest standards of precision and comfort. Its panel construction is carefully engineered: the wedge panels offer generous volume in the rear for added stability, while remaining notably flat and broad through the center. This flatter central panel allows for an especially close contact with the horse.

The large, externally mounted ergonomic knee block ensures optimal leg position and maximum stability. This innovative knee block can be easily adjusted in multiple positions and angles using two Allen screws, allowing for a fully customized fit to each rider’s leg.

Whether in high-level sport or on long trail rides, the Alpha Pro proves itself as a true all-rounder.
