🧰 Saddle Fitting Services

Because the right fit is everything—for both horse and rider.

At CAS Equestrian, we believe saddle fit is not a one-time event—it’s an ongoing part of your horse’s comfort and wellbeing. Whether your horse is growing, returning to work, changing shape, or just in regular training, we recommend regular fit checks to stay ahead of issues before they begin.

📋 Saddle Check & Evaluation

Includes back tracings, conformation assessment, and full evaluation of the horse. 
Be prepared to ride during the session.

• $175 (up to 2 hours) for a new horse / customer

• +$50 for a third hour
  🛍️ Evaluation fee is waived with any new saddle purchase.
  
  

• $ 115 for re-checks (recommended  around 3 months after purchase and then once yearly unless the horse changes (diet changes, training changes, changes due to injuries, seasonal changes) 

🚗 Travel & Fuel Surcharge

• $20 within 15 miles of our office (4003 Wagener Road, Aiken SC 29805)

• $1 per additional mile
  
  Travel fee is split if we have more customers in the same area that day(s). 

🛠️ Adjustment Services

Tree Adjustment for saddles that are sent to us

• For maxflex : $ 85 plus shipping costs

🧪 Saddle Trial Program

Try Before You Buy — Ride It. Love It. Keep It.

We’re happy to offer you a 7-day free saddle trial so you can experience the comfort, balance and fit of a Maxflex or CAS Equestrian saddle before making a final decision.

✅ What’s Included

• 7-day trial period from the day you receive the saddle

• $100 per additional week if you need more time (just let us know at least 24 hours before your trial ends)

• Saddles must be returned to our Aiken, SC office — no pickup service is available

📦 Shipping & Deposit Terms

• If there’s no fitter in your area, we’ll ship a trial saddle directly to you

• A $150 handling fee covers the shipping costs to you as well as the tree adjustment of your trial saddle. 

• A deposit equal to the saddle’s full price is required prior to shipment.

• The deposit will be fully refunded if the saddle is returned in clean, undamaged condition within the trial period

🚚 Please Note:

• Shipping costs (both directions) are the responsibility of the customer.

• Use our original box for returns and ensure the saddle is clean and well-protected

• Saddles returned with dirt, damage, or excessive wear may be subject to a depreciation fee, which will be deducted from your deposit
